- Explain Why Teens Smoke Cigarettes
Smoking
is a major health problem that is very alarming nowadays especially among
teenagers. Though most people know that smoking is bad for their health, but
they are even more who consume. Smoking is very popular among students in high
school and is commonly done among the students, especially among teenagers.
Even high school kids and underneath too much. Smoking of any aspect appears to
be no bright side. Teens are active smokers can cause a lot of problems and
severe consequences for the health, psychological and even his future.
The
following factors is the reason why teens smoke :
The
first, Imitate adults, seeing the bigger her smoking makes the adolescent
affected and want to do the same so that it becomes a habit that is difficult
to remove. The second, family problems, a teenager whose family conditions are
not good then they will tend to stress thinking about it, to vent his
frustration usually they do things that are less good as smoking. The third, the
attitude of curiosity, surely someone in their teens has a high curiosity, they
always want to know how it can be beneficial to him or vice versa and they
showed their curiosity by conducting an experiment. The fourth, the response to
peer pressure, peers in their environment greatly affect an adolescent who has
not smoke, because friends will always affect to smoking because smoking is
usually if someone is not considered unmanly or cowardly when it is a wrong
perception. The fifth, addictive effects of nicotine, the main compounds found
in tobacco is an addictive substance, nicotine addiction and the other makes.
Once teens start smoking, they always feel addicted to continue the habit so
difficult to stop. The sixth, consider cigarettes may increase the ability of many
teenagers who become smokers with the mistaken belief that smoking can improve
the academic performance of the school is still a lot of teenagers are smoking.
This misperception could be from cigarette advertising. The seventh, feel great,
most teenage boys and women consider smoking as a way that they look great and
cool, but that such a belief is not true. And the last, in order to appear more
stylish look, with youth smoking considers himself more and more stylish so he
thinks it's easier to seduce the opposite sex. Finally, the eight factors above
are the more common causes of how people start smoking is addictive and hard to
stop it.

Place You Feel Safe
My name is Evi lutfiani, I am going to
tell you which one the best place that I feel safe?. Exactly my village
(Suryamataram Village) or my birthplace, where I was born in the safe place. I can feel safe in
the place itself (I mean my village), the place itself, has the fresh air, has
the comfortable condition, so many person who live in the place itself, of
course feel comfortable and the people who live around of the place are so
nice, so that's why I can feel safe in this place, my village is very broad and
has many tree, the type of the tree, the size of the tree that small, big,
short, high and etc. Has many the type of the fruits, such as banana fruits,
mango fruits, orange fruits, coconut fruits, pineapple fruits, watermelon
fruits, papaya fruits and etc. So every moon the people who live in the place
itself can eat so many fruits in the garden fruit, we just take in the garden
not buy in the market, so this is the excess from my village and people who
live in the place itself feel safe, comfortable and feel enough with the results
of their own crops. My village has a grassy place, no pollution, so many
flowers, this is a part of my village that has a grassy place, that’s the
important things, the place that has a grassy place of course there is no
pollution or free from pollution, and the animal farm can eat in the grass
grassy every time. So I can take conclusion from the text above, the beautiful
place is a place that you feel safe, that can make us feels comfortable, that

I Could Go Back In Time’’
Orientation

If I could go back to some time and
place in the past, when and where would I go? Why? so, I just use specific
reasons and details to support My choice. Travelling time ["Time travel
is" or "Traveling back in time is" are more natural] is a
fantasy that numerous people have had. If I could choose to travel where I
want in the past, I would go back to repair that I have done before.

Complication
|
I had to do something with a good job,
more cautious, prepare yourself before doing activities and others, short
stories when I was elementary school, I followed the contest class and it
required, in fact I do not want to follow the contest, because I think that I
can not, I might think that I'm stupid, but I'm not stupid too, and
eventually all my friends to follow the contest, they are usually visible,
able to follow the contest, why I am not join? End up with a strong
conviction, I followed the contest, I have to waste time lazing, relaxing,
and etc. Because I had to work hard, so that I can win, every day after
coming home from school, I learned, and it was contest time. I was not sure
if I will be winner and get a prize, finally I was just let go, and go back
to the beginning, that I'm not sure. Two days later, the announcement of the
contest, it was mentioned my name, and I champion to three, I'm very happy
and proud. From here I was starting to think, that we do something with
conviction and earnest, or preparation in our self before, then we can pass
it.

Resolution
|
So, the main point of my conclusion if
I could go back in time I just want to be someone who is without making
mistakes, being good people, just doing be better, and I wish that I can be
better than now. Doing what must be done, take care when doing something
before, always keep self with perfectly. Say what must be said that there is
no regrets in the future or doing something well that there is no regrets in
the future later.

Tell The Description Of Narrative
Writing
Narrative writing is a kind of text to retell the story that
happen in the past, it gives either a factual or fictional story. The basic
purpose of narrative is to entertain, to gain and hold a readers interest. The
generic structures are Orientation, Complication, and Resolution.
How to differ from
other writing genres?
The first is, you
have to know what is the purpose of the text or writing text based on the
genre. And in this genre [narrative writing] is to retell the story that happen
in the past, and the purpose is to entertain, to gain and hold a readers
interest. Narrative also is used most often in: fables, myths and legends,
detective stories, and adventure stories.
The
Second is, you have to see the characteristics:

The form of a story
about an event or experience of the author.
§
Incident or event
that is delivered in the form of events that actually occurred, can be sheer
imagination or a combination of both.
§
Based conflict,
because without conflict usually uninteresting narrative.
§
It has aesthetic value.

Emphasize the
chronological arrangement.

the time and place. It also introduce some characters involved in this genre”.

For example: Once
upon a time, there was a little poor boy came into a little village. He was
very hungry and weak. He knocked at every door and asked for some food, but
nobody cared about him. Nobody wanted to help the little boy.

Consists of the
following structure, [complication],”describing the rising crises which the
participants have to do with or among participants relationship in a process
of social interaction”.

For example: Finally,
a generous woman helped him. She gave him shelter and meal. When the boy
wanted to leave, this old woman gave him a “lesung”, a big wooden mortar for
pounding rice. She reminded him, “please remember, if there is a flood you
must save yourself. Use this”lesung” as a boat. The “lesung” was happy and
thanked the old woman. The little boy continued his journey. While he was
passing through the village, he saw many people challenged each other to pull
out that stick. Everybody tired, but nobody succeeded. “Can I try?” asked the
little boy. The crowd laughed mockingly. The boy wanted to try his luck so he
stepped forward and pulled out the stick. He could do it very easily. Everybody
was dumbfounded.

Consists of the
following structure, [resolution], showing the way of participant to solve
the crises, better or worse. The end can be open ended or close ended. Open
ended is a conclusion that depends on the perception of the readers. Whereas,
close ended is an end of story in which the conclusion is clearly stated.

For example: Suddenly,
from the hole left by stick, water spouted out. It did not stop until it
flooded the village. And no one was saved from the water expect the little
boy and the generous old woman who gave him shelter and meal. As she told
him, he used the “lesung” as a boat and picked up the old woman. The whole
village became a huge lake. It is now known as Rawa Pening Lake in Salatiga,
Central Java, Indonesia.

NICE EXPERIENCE
My name is Evi Ludfiani, I had an experience
that can not to be
forgotten, of the things that
makes me laugh till that makes me feel embarrassed. So I will share my experience
to all. When I was in junior
high school, I was to follow the scouts in school with my friend, I was very active with this
activity, so I was chosen to be the head of my group , before the camp activities are held, every day I have to
practice or learn at school and scout movement and it's very tiring. As a
chairman I should give clear instructions
and must
prepare the ranks well. One day before the
start of the camp activities, I and my group had to prepare the equipment for
camping and learn how to set up a tent correctly, my group are very compact in
cooperating.
That morning, we went to the campsites at 07:30 am, because
the campsites were so far from our school. Precisely at time
12:30 am, we arrive at the campsites, we had to take our luggage out
of the car, after that we started working together again to set up a tent, in
the campsites it was very crowded, everyone was wearing a brown shirt, they are
looks very neat, that day everyone is busy with their respective duties. After completion
of setting up a tent, because I as a head of the group then I divide my tasks
to my group. The next day, is the day gathering
of all members of the group, I was embarrassed because I was a very little one.
All of my new friends thought that I was not a head of the group, they make fun
of me, but it's not a problem for me, after that I had to go back to the tent
and give information for tomorrow activity.
The next
day, at the time 06:00 am, we all should already
gathered on the field to carry equipment such as spoons, plates, etc, it is
very embarrassing, but it was also very amazing, because we had to walk and
sing a song and to hit at the gear we brought, everyone laughs along the way,
we all looks like crazy person. It was very silly, but we were all very happy, no one is
looking sad at that time, because all the people I see they are laughing, we
all walked through the gardens and fields, we also have to look for firewood
for the bonfire party and we
also had to pass through deep mud carrying firewood that we get, because it was
so slippery, finally I fell from the mud and all of them are looked at me and
laughed at me, then I laughed also, but
it was fun. Precisely 13:30 am, we arrived at each
tent and continue with lunch, and then we have to follow the race, it was very
tiring, we did not have time to rest, the race begins, before we never thought
that it would win, but it all happened because my group win, I'm happy, we are
happy together, that I could prove, I could be a good chairman in leading members
of my group. Next day, at the
time 21:00 pm, all of group had to
gather in the field and celebrate for the last day, this is very
enjoyable. Finally, the next day is come, we were ready for come back to our school
with the win prizes, from this
experience I can conclude that activity will make us add new knowledge , new
spirit and new friends and so on, and when work together with the good then we will
also get results be better.
